Attorney Edwards focuses his practice in all areas of civil litigation, including automobile injuries, workers compensation, wrongful death, trucking/commercial accidents, slip and fall/premises liability. Attorney Edwards is also experienced in domestic/family law, child support and abuse, neglect and dependency matters. Originally from Sanford, North Carolina, Attorney Edwards relocated to Fayetteville in order to better serve the legal needs of his community. A 2001 graduate of East Carolina University, Attorney Edwards is an avid pirate fan and regularly attends ECU sports in his spare time. He is also a very active with the alumni association of his law school alma mater, North Carolina Central University. Attorney Blue focuses his practice in most areas of criminal law including misdemeanor cases, felony cases, drug cases, driving record clean-ups, expunctions, juvenile, and traffic matters. Attorney Blue also handles uncontested divorces, wills and estates and abuse, neglect and dependency cases. Raised in Raeford, NC, Attorney Blue returned to his hometown after attending East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. While back home, Attorney Blue reunites with his family, friends and classmates, and continues to be involved in his church and community. Attorney Blue belongs to the following professional associations: North Carolina State Bar, 16A Judicial District Bar, North Carolina Bar Association Member, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
Attorney Hogan focuses his practice on all areas of criminal law. He has experience in all levels of criminal practice, as he has served as both a public defender and Assistant District Attorney for Cumberland County. Attorney Hogan is particularly skilled at representing those accused of Driving While Impaired, having earned certification from the National College of DUI Defense. He also has significant experience defending those accused of drug crimes and white collar crime. A graduate of High Point University and North Carolina Central school of Law, Attorney Hogan gives back to the community by serving on the board of Cumberland County Legal Aid. Attorney Hogan is a member of North Carolina State Bar; 12th Judicial District Bar; American Bar Association; National College for DUI Defense; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; North Carolina Bar Association; North Carolina Advocates for Justice; American Association for Justice; Fayetteville Young Professionals.
